Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy

Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy is a specialised therapeutic process that supports children and young people in understanding and working through emotional, relational and behavioural difficulties. It offers a developmentally attuned, clinically grounded space where a child or teenager can explore their inner world at a deeper level.

Psychotherapy helps young people make sense of experiences that may be stored unconsciously or expressed through behaviour, supporting the development of emotional regulation, resilience, self-awareness and healthier patterns of relating. It is particularly well suited to children and adolescents who have lived through complex trauma, abuse, or significant disruptions in care, and who require a deeper, more specialised therapeutic approach.
