Support for Parents and Caregivers

Parenting a child who is overwhelmed, shut down, anxious or carrying trauma can feel confusing and exhausting. Our parent and caregiver support sessions offer a compassionate and practical space to understand what is happening beneath the behaviour, how the nervous system shapes a child’s responses, and what helps them feel safe enough to settle and connect. We work with you to build your own regulation, confidence and relational presence, so that you can support your child with greater ease and clarity. This is not parenting advice - it is nervous system-informed support that strengthens connection and reduces stress for everyone involved.
