If your enquiry does not progress to an active therapeutic engagement with Safe Steps, we will retain your contact details and enquiry message for a maximum of 12 months, after which they will be securely and permanently deleted.

If your enquiry does progress to an active engagement, your information will be moved to our secure client records system and retained in accordance with the separate clinical privacy notice you will receive at that stage.

 

6. Who We Share Your Data With

Safe Steps does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes.

In order to operate this website and receive your enquiries, your data is processed by the following trusted service providers:

  • Wix.com — our website hosting platform, which processes contact form submissions on our behalf

  • Google (Gmail) — our email provider, used to receive and manage enquiry emails

 

Both providers act as data processors under GDPR and are contractually required to handle your data securely and lawfully. Wix and Google both maintain appropriate data protection safeguards including standard contractual clauses for any international data transfers.
